This Product Data Analyst position requires candidates to build the product vision, strategy, and roadmap alongside our product organization. You will work with other analytics teams to define requirements for delivering key capabilities that provide visibility into product performance and the end-to-end patient journey. Responsibilities for a Product Data Analyst include but are not limited to:
- Define, capture, and monitor key program and platform metrics, particularly in the context of product experimentation.
- Advise business partners on experiment design and interpretation.
- Analyzing system behavior to identify anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyzing user activity and uncovering irregularities.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Experience using Tableau, SQL, Python, and R for data analysis
- Experience with data modeling and ETL tools
- Knowledge of and experience with multiple BI and Analytics platforms
- Strong technical skills with high business acumen; healthcare experience a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools to convey actionable insights to product managers and business leaders, Tableau.
