Job Description:
Our ideal candidate must have/must be:
o Lead all systems configurations for all client-facing payer software applications (including ePA and Central)
o Work in Autobahn for ePA Type and Account creation, case monitoring, and issue investigation
o Work in Central to create and maintain client accounts, solve workflow requests from clients, and assist in issue resolution
o Serve as an expert to other departments on the Payer applications configurations capabilities
o Proactively maintain and support clients as their use of Payer applications changes over time
o Troubleshoot and solution workflow and configuration of client issues and requests
o Represent the Configuration team on Payer Support to troubleshoot issues experienced by our customers with our products
Testing
o Defines project-specific testing plans and scenarios based on client requirements and in support of the end users experience
o Run internal unit testing to ensure all code and testing environments are prepared for customer UAT
o Assists customers in completing manual functional testing
o Troubleshoots discrepancies between expected and actual results of testing use cases
o Assist in coordinating issue resolution between appropriate CMM teams, the client or 3rd party vendor as needed
o Participate with client communication as needed on calls, emails, and through vertical tools
o Provide ePA portal demonstrations and aid the client in understanding the use of our products as they relate to testing
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; healthcare experience is a
plus.
Experience requirements:
- 4-6 years' experience in similar capacity.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to jump into a rapidly changing environment. You enjoy untangling complex questions to ensure clients have a great experience.
- Ability to work with various multi-disciplinary teams.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment and independently.
- High level of initiative, organization, and independence with your work.
- Enjoy solving puzzles and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
